About the Role:
As our Business Development Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success by focusing on three core objectives:
Enhancing Market Presence and Direct-to-Consumer Engagement:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Spearhead digital channels, e-commerce platforms, and social media efforts to sell our products directly to end consumers.
- Organize and participate in local farmers' markets, pop-up shops, and community events to promote our products and engage with consumers.
Expanding Distribution Channels:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, and broaden our distribution network.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Deliver regular updates and reports on sales, distribution expansion, and partnership activities to management.
Engaging Key Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with local communities and government bodies to promote our brand, mission, and values.
- Execute CSR initiatives and educational programs to raise awareness about sustainable agriculture and local production.
- Actively contribute to industry associations and forums to represent our brand and engage in the ongoing dialogue on sustainable farming practices.

Who You Are:
You are a motivated individual with:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and social media platforms.
- Willing to try new thing.
- A strong design sense and sensibility, with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful content.
- A genuine passion for farming, fresh and safe food, and making an impact in the food and wellness industry.
- An outgoing personality and approachable demeanour, with the ability to work closely with the sales team to facilitate successful outcomes.
