• Bachelor or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of procurement/ buyer experience, preferbaly from construction or M&E industry background

Responsibilities:

· Assist Planning Manager in all planning functions

· Monitor progress of work on site on daily basis

· Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, Equipment)

· Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects

· Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment)

· Evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submission

· Maintain records for events relevant to claims / obligations

· Liaise, consult and coordinate with Supervisors and Managers to incorporate relevant information on project schedule implementation

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering

· At least 3 years of working experience in Construction Planning and Programme Coordination

· Knowledge in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project

· Highly motivated, excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
