• Compilation and Review of Operation and Maintenance Dossier for Projects;

• Ensuring the System Supervisor is provided with the current shop and space management drawings, specifications, approved technical submittals and all approved changes in scope;

• Ensuring the System Supervisor is fully briefed on the awarded scope of work, the tender technical documents and all contractual revisions to tender documentation;

• Evaluating technical submittals for specification and client requirement compliance;

• Approving Test Packs at each step of construction through to completion;

• Forwarding testing and commission passing criteria to the System Supervisor.

• Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal, renewal, and cancellation
• Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents, etc

• Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Manage payroll and CPF, taxation for employees
• Handle Insurance renewal, claims, new purchases for workmen, vehicles, all risks, and machinery
• Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances
• Perform general office administrative duties
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws, assisting in audits and other regulatory requirements
• Assist with training sourcing, registrations, and timely processing of invoices
