Job Scope
Attend to daily sub-contractors meeting and carry out the required survey setting out lines / points as required by the structure and architectural works.
Maintain constant communication with project staffs and subcontractors to understand their requirements and carry out proper planning to ensure that the various tasks’ timeline is met.
Maintain accuracy of all the survey setting out lines/points and ensure proper handover to other parties to minimize mistakes to site works.

Duties and responsibilities:

Planning and organizing construction projects, including developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Ensuring that all construction work is carried out in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Managing project teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborating with architects and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.

Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards.

Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• To assist Construction Manager/Project Director lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact of cost, overall schedule and quality.
• To review the equipments / materials requisitions.
• Manage correspondence & documentation with Client/Client' Representative and contractors.

• Prepare monthly site report updating the latest progress and planning to achieve the project milestone
• Complete task as assigned by Project Manager and Project Director

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 12 years of engineering experience in the related field is required for this position
• At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
• Work as Team leader, leading team on project requirements and target achievement

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Safety compliance and processes are adhered to by all workers.

• Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
• Able to communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a daily basis.
