• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC Systems; General, Solvent, Ammonia, and Acid Exhaust systems; House Vacuum Systems; Compressed Dry Air systems, Cleanroom and non-Cleanroom Make Up Air Systems, Structural, Civil, Test/Balance/Vibration; and Wafer Fab Process Tool Installations.

Plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. - Able to operate of machine, can use construction machine, knowledge of construction safety. Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers , drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring constructin material (concrete, sand, grout & etc...).

- At least 10 years of experience in construction industry. Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work. Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.

- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

- Responsible for all aspects of site safety, proven experience as construction worker, reduce material wasting and cost saving.

- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods, be bilingual, fluent in English & Chinese / Bangladesh.
