Duties And Responsibilities:
-To facilitate the hazard identification and risk management sessions.
-To prepare and submit risk assessments.
-To add new hazards that are identified, monitor and update the hazards in the register to ensure all hazards are mitigated and closed
-To attend the Safety Offcer Project Safety Committee Meetings and any other risk management meetings directed by the S.O.
-To develop the project risk management plan in alignment with the Client’s framework.
-To ensure common use of Sinohydro risk matrices and assessment tools.
-To develop and maintain the project risk register.
-To work with other project personnel responsible for implementation of specific risk (i.e. HSE, technical and cost/ schedule) management related activities to ensure work is conducted in accordance with project the risk management plan.
-To review risk register’s current controls for effectiveness.
-To participate in the monthly monitoring of the risk register with the Project Director and provision of the monthly project risk report.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
-Risk Management experience in Construction industry is a must.
-Experience in context of construction industry for water treatment plant is a plus.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
-Effective time management skills.
