Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
• Assist in loading and unloading building materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble and debris.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials.
• Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers.
• Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Assist in the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and frames.
• Perform minor repairs on existing structures.

Job Description:

• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance to specifications.
• Coordinate with all M&E subcontractors to resolve all technical problems in order to achieve the desired overall project objective.
• Work together with other project team members to coordinate/resolve technical issues.
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions.

Requirements:

• Provide formal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-10 years of relevant experience

• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook.
