• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 2D & 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD;

Responsibilities:

• Work out schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status
• Supervise BIM modeller to produce shop drawings
• Review, coordinate and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services
• Ensure compliance to construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs and authorities' code and standards.
• Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalise as-built drawings

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution
  Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore building projects
  Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations, minimamuly for Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approved document/Acceptable solution and Green mark issued by BCA
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
  Familiar with Safety aspects in Construction industry
• Preferable experiences for PBU and/or PPVC construction in Singapore
• Preferable experiences for Alum and/or PCA facade system in Singapore
• Preferable experiences in Hospital/Medical facility in Singapore
• Preferable knowledge for BIM software/Autodesk Revit / Roombook

• Manage all electrical wiring/testing/installation and system maintenance works.
• Handle all LEW paper works and file in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Responsible to troubleshoot faults on electrical systems and coordinate site electrical functions.

Requirements:

• LEW Grade 7
• NTC 3 in Electrical Installation and Fitting or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Construction Industry.
