Project Manager
Job Description:
Plan construction projects and oversee the progress to ensure completion in a timely and cost- effective manner
Responsible for the overall budgeting , implementation, organization and scheduling project
Key Responsibilities:
· Review the project execution plan to ensure compliance to specifications , design and program
· Supervise and oversees the entire construction project
· Monitor site construction and activities are executed in compliance with building and safety regulations
· Verify and review technical submission and method statements
· Coordinates with Clients, sub -contractor, suppliers and other supervision teams
· Monitor / Report on the project status to ensure timely completion of project
· Experienced and familiar in leading teams in civil projects, such as LTA projects preferred.
· Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board

Requirement and Skills
· Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
· Good analytical, supervision and communication skills
· With at least 5 years of experience in Building Engineering projects
