Job scope:

a) Sourcing Subcontractors:

• Identify project needs and define subcontractor requirements.
• Source potential subcontractors through industry networks and research.
• Evaluate subcontractor qualifications and capabilities.

b) Relationship Management:

• Maintain regular communication with subcontractors.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and subcontractor agreements.
• prepare regular reports on recruitment status, subcontractor performance, and project progress.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel around Singapore
• Must be able to work on Saturays and Sundays
• Must be able to work 6 days week
• Must be able to work outdoors
• Must be bilingual (English & Chinese)
• At least two years working experience

Please do take note it is a fix salary position.

Responsibilities:
Control & maintain the safe and smooth progress of building work
Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site
Ensure the deadline for completing work is met and within budget
Requirements:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building Management or equivalent is better
Minimum 3-Years Site Experience
Candidates with long time working experience will be considered for Site Manager position prior
Good communicate skills
