5. Responsible for completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

6. Support the engineers in monitoring project deliverables and actively engage where project teams would benefit from technical intervention;

7. To liaise with respective parties on checking of drawings

8. Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main-contractors on all matters relating to the project operation and coordination

9. Provide technical advice and assistance to the overall project team as appropriate including Commissioning and Service.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering

2. Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in Construction field in Singapore.

3. Priority if having experience of Metal structure and all type of facade related works

4. Must be ready to work any time to resolve the project related matter. (even public holiday)

5. Must be able to work in day or night shift (if required)

6. Excellent communication skill

7. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

· Prepare contracts and documents

· Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials

· Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors

· Hire and document contractors and subcontractors

· Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers

· Keep track of construction materials and inventory

· Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs

· Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors

· Document progress, materials, and reports on project

· Source maintenance costs and facilities management for clients

· Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors

· Utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates
