Job Summary:

The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the review, negotiation, drafting, implementation and maintaining the contracts within the organization. The Contract Manager will assist to build and sustain excellent client relationships and propose partnership engagement models (primarily legal considerations) for strategic partnerships and collaborations. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to functional units including drafting of contracts, negotiation, and contracts documents administration.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 -10 years of experience in contract management in construction industry, including experience with large-scale projects.
• Legal knowledge and experience with contracts are highly preferred.
