• Work with market communication team and R&D to design Product promotion scheme, provide training for sales, distributors and customers. Participate in and work with the marketing in various academic conferences, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
• Align with Global product strategy and information sharing representing the region. Make and update sales tools related to products. Be the regional owner to link global initiatives for product introduction and launching champion with support from market communication.

Project Support – HDB (Before Main Contractor)

• To attend coordination meetings with architects, m&e and structural consultants
• To coordinate and determine the level of pipe sleeve crossing under major roads
• To coordinate the level of pipe sleeve with major services such as sewer, power cables, etc
• To determine the position and depth of launching pits that will aid the installation under major roads
• To study and highlight authority requirements during the meeting.
• To reply to HDB review form
• To reply to NEA BP, DC, WD Advise
• To produce preliminary drawings to aid the tender process for main contractor
• To prepare drawings for PWCS QP endorsement
• To prepare drawings for Acoustic Consultant’s specifications
• To prepare drawings for MV provisions to be designed by MV consultant

Project Support – HDB (With Main Contractor)

• To attend technical meetings with main contractors
• To coordinate pipe clashes with m&e and structural services

Design Support

• To generate fabrication drawings for non-standard equipment
• To monitor project design submission schedule
• To allocate work assignments to other designers
• To check designs, shop drawings done by other designers
• To hold trainings to designers

About you:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automation, mechanical engineering or relevant fields.
• More than 8 years product and application experience in Construction/Engineering industry.
• Good business negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with local and western customers and colleagues.
• Good leadership to lead technical team to enable faster business growth.
• Proper flexibility and agility.

- Assist and enforce sites to implement site health and safety plans

- Perform health and safety audits on sites

- Conduct periodic health and safety training for site personnel

- Maintain company's health and safety statistics and records

- Liaise with Government Agencies on health and safety issues, application of factory permits and other safety statutory requirements for compliance by sites

- Update Management on new and current health and safety matters

- Investigate all accidents which occurred and recommend appropriate health and safety measures to prevent their occurance

- Assist Senior Project Manager / Project Manager on all site safety matters

- Ensure that the OHS Management programmes are effectively implemented and maintained

- Promote awareness among staff, workers, contractors, suppliers and etc

- Conduct and plan safety training awareness programmes

- Monitor strict compliance of “Permit to Work” system at worksite & explain the importance to workers at the time of safety talk/tool box meetings

- Coordinate Environmental Control Committee Meeting and implement all environmental control programmes

- Prepare Site Environmental Control Report on a regular basis

Requirement

• Possess a valid WSHO & ECO registration with MOM & NEA respectively
• Minimum 5 years experience in Singapore building construction projects
• Preferably with relevant experience working as WSHO in HDB's New Built project
