Responsibilities :

• Prepare group consolidation, financial report and financial analysis.
• Prepare and submit of consolidated monthly financial reports.
• Oversee the accounts of subsidiaries companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
• Statistics / survey preparation and submission
• Provide accounting advice to colleagues and associate companies to ensure common application of accounting guideline, policies and procedures.
• Handle subsidiaries/associate companies in forecast reporting and in their management accounts process. Liaise with external auditors in annual financial audit and statutory reporting for the Group.
• Prepare Group’s annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast.
• Assist Accounts Dept in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned.
• Review and approve WIP
• Analyse, prepare, explain, and submit Flash report to Directors/Shareholders
• Liaising with all auditors and tax agents

Requirements :-

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting, audit and/or handling group consolidation.
• Experience in ERP system implementation is a plus.
• Worked in accounting firm wuth an audit background is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Description:

• Good understanding of project management and controls.
• Good understanding of Authority submissions and approval.
• Ability to demonstrate and implement cost-savings measures.
• Ability to deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities.
• Ability to clearly and effectively express ideas, thoughts, and concepts verbally and in written form.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to manage the progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept.
• Lead team to manage project operations, schedule, and specifications.
• Manage operational costs to keep costs within the budget.
• Manage site document filing and record-keeping in accordance with the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Oversee the project team and subcontractors in the delivery of the project to meet the completion date.
• Provide leadership to the project management and construction team.
• Supervise daily site activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 7 years relevant working experience
• Able to manage teams well and meet project timelines
• Experience with managing HDB Projects will be an added bonus

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate engineering expertise, especially in design, and knowledge of building services codes.
• Show problem-solving and coordination skills on-site with customers.
• Manage and monitor supplier materials, equipment, and subcontractor installations for quality.
• Prepare and coordinate shop drawings.
• Create work schedules and attend client and internal meetings.
• Understand control system philosophy for electrical services.
• Assist the manager with day-to-day activities related to planning, quality, and safety.
• Identify and address non-conformance in products or installations to prevent defects.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Min. 2 years of electrical hands-on working experiences.
