--Verify completed work (based on workers' completion photos) and contracts to ensure accuracy.

Position Title: Project Coordinator (Construction Projects).

Offlice Location: Woodlands Industrial Xchange (71 Woodlands Ave 10, Singapore 737743).

Work Location: Islandwide (multiple project sites).

Basic Work Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm), and Saturday (8.30am-12.30pm).

(Working hours may vary depending on project work requirements.)

Basic Salary: $2600-$2800/Month.

Overtime Pay = 1.5 Rate of basic salary.

Gross Salary: Up to $4500/Month (after including overtime pay & miscellaenous).

Job Description:

- Attend site meetings.

- Sites coordination works.

- Sites survey.

- Manpower deployment planning and execution.

- Standby for additional duties.

- Projects management.

(Having Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage. Company vehicle may be provided for work related matter.)
