• Prepare sales quotation to be send out to customers.
• Product Presentation.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules. Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Conduct monthly stock check of all inventories.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager.
