• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure payroll complies with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee hours, salary changes, tax filings, and benefits. Monitor and correct discrepancies in payroll data.
• Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, and other employee benefits, ensuring accurate deductions and enrollment.
• Employee Inquiries: Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions or concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Audit & Reconciliation: Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date employee records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance teams to coordinate payroll data, benefits administration, and employee recordkeeping.
• System Management: Oversee payroll software systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and implementing upgrades or improvements as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (5-8 years) in payroll management.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws.
• Strong understanding of payroll software systems

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the company’s infrastructure capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand infrastructure requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Infrastructure Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, reliability, and security.
• Review and assess change requests to ensure compliance with established change management policies.
• Monitor and track the progress and impact of infrastructure changes with proper documentation and reporting.
• Monitor and manage network performance, server uptime, and system capacity to meet business demands.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Application, Security, Workplace, and Business) to ensure smooth integration and support of infrastructure requirements.
• Establish and enforce infrastructure-related policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and data security.
• Responsible for capacity planning, asset planning, and performance analysis.
• Provide monthly summary and progress report on systems health and/or risks.
• Support annual Audit, BCP/DR, Backup & Recovery exercise.

Vendor Management

• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with infrastructure vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve cost-effective solutions and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent
• Minimum experience of 1 years in infrastructure domain or similar role, managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with network architecture, server infrastructure, storage solutions, and cloud (Azure) platforms.
• Exposure to network infrastructure, Windows Server Administration, Hyper-V, Azure Cloud, Cisco Meraki, DNS, DHCP, MPLS. Knowledge in WAF, and Palo Alto would be added advantage.
• Proficient in infrastructure design principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as foster teamwork.

Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, clients on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary as well as any other services awarded's installation works.

• To supervise all works on site and ensure in accordance to the drawings, safety standards and comply to local authorities requirement.

• Able to design, submit, coordinate drawings and plan for approval and amendment.

• Adopt preconstruction isometric drawing preparation and material take off prior to site possession.

• Ensure site storage are ready and inventory system is in placed all the time.

• Able to handle more than one project at a time.

• Attend inspection / meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority

• Prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings

• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers

• Willing to suggest and adopt to all company policy which may update from time to time.

• Willing to work off hours when necessary to ensure projects are always in best performance.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a License Plumber License are preferable

• Min 7 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in Autocad will be advantage

• Class 3 Singapore Driving License
