19. Assists the General Manager and the higher-echelon managers with projects and/or other assignments as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Expert on media channels, client relationships
• Excellent creativity, adaptability, research, analysis, writing, public speaking, interpersonal communication
• Excellent leadership, people management, and detail-orientated
• Well-versed in marketing budgeting and organisation
• Copywriting skills
• Computer-literate - Microsoft Office, Mac, and Windows OS

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all lift-related operations within the premises, includes ensuring efficient lift performance, strategizing upgrade plans, supervising routine repairs and maintenance, addressing lift-related inquiries.
• Organizing schedules for lift specialists and technicians to handle breakdowns, diagnosing technical issues, implementing preventive and corrective measures, and conducting inspections and tests on lift systems.
• Report findings from breakdown analyses and maintenance activities to stakeholders.
• Monitor contractors during upgrading or enhancement projects to ensure quality and compliance.
• Other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Location: North
