Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works
To coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites
To coordinate architectural and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction documents
Resolve all site architectural issues (i.e. drawings discrepancies, method statements or correspondences) and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent
To liaise with client, consultant and specialist subcontractors for project execution if required
Arrange and attend joint site inspections with all system wide and in-house contractors if required
Review and report on the progress of architectural works
Liaise and work closely with the civil construction team and follow the construction progress closely
Assist in ensuring that all architectural construction requirements are incorporated into the site construction
To assist in construction administration process by attending site visits if required
Compile and handover of architectural documentations including as-built drawing submissions
To ensure the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction
Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in Architecture, and as a registered architect, with minimum 6 years of local working experience OR
Diploma in Architecture with minimum 8 years of local working experience
Proficient in project management and architectural trades
Proficient in trades coordination via Revit/Bentley platform
Eye for details in architectural shop drawings
Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Completed min 2 CONQUAS building project
Preferably with Design & Build Building experience

To do in house welding, fabrication and plumbing works as per requirements by operation
Attend any mechanical breakdown immediately and to run back the plant
Installation, modification and fabrication of new equipment & machines in plant needed by operation
To minimize equipment break down and down time, by doing proper and effective maintenance & repairs by problem identification & problem solving
