Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction and structural steel projects.
• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project requirements and evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and cost control activities to optimize project costs and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to obtain pricing, negotiate contracts, and resolve commercial issues.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flows, and provide regular reports and updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections to assess progress, identify variations, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field required;
• 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, tendering, and project management, preferably in the construction or structural steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Short notice will be preferred

We are looking to employ an efficient and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant. The Accounts Assistant's responsibilities include updating our client records, responding to clients' inquiries in a timely manner, and filing pertinent documentation. You should also be able to review and calculate employee reimbursements for necessary work-related expenses.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

• Analysing financial records to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Preparing year-end financial reports to evaluate the financial performance of companies.
• Regularly updating all accounting ledgers and journals.
• Performing reconciliations of clients’ bank accounts to ensure accuracy of cash records.
• Entering clients' transactional data into the appropriate accounting program.
• Recording clients' petty cash transactions in the petty cash journal.
• Ensuring that all office expenditure remains within budget.
• Backing up all office and client records to prevent loss of data.

Accounts Assistant Requirements:

• Need to have experience as an account assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
• Willing to work at site office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• MRT working experience would be an added advantage.
• Independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify project design hazards, construction risks, and constructability issues.
• Develop corresponding mitigation measures together with the project team.
• Chair regular risk mitigation meetings and training with clients and internal parties.
• Advise management on alternative safer and higher productivity construction methodologies.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for safety and construction compliance.
• Attend meetings related to construction progress, risks, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managements.

Job Requirements:

• Have reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects in a similar nature
• Attended the Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course and passed the assessment or equivalent.
• A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate OR
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the design and the supervision of the construction of structures with at least 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs and writing specification
• Have a degree accepted by PE Board or Board of Architect and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM)
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree / Diploma in QS / Building / Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 3 years and above QS experience in main-contractor companies in Singapore.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• Supporting VO, progress claim, contract administration and documentation for the project
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines

• Responsible for general office management and operations coordination.

• Prepare invoicing & support for accounts department.

• Keep up to date the office general filling system.

• Manage reception and incoming outgoing mails & courier service.

• Work as a team with the office to accomplish related results as needed.
