Summary of Job Responsibilities

Acting as MBS’s representative within the contractual terms applicable, this role is to direct, co-ordinate and supervise assigned projects with the Project Team. • Assisting the Director of Project Management as directed in any other Project Management related activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary Degree in a Construction/Building/Project Management/Engineering related field.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in the field of Project Management. Experience in the Hospitality field is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Project Management procedures.
• Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.
• Outstanding organization, coordination and leadership skills – ability to coordinate groups of Consultants/ Contractors.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Site Supervisor

Working Location: Islandwide (depends on site project, Company provide lorry)

Office Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Days: 6-days work week (off 4 days a month)

Working hours : 8am-7pm

Salary : $3000 - $3800

Responsibilities:

Purchase material

Monitor the progress of the site

Arrange & Organize work schedule

Do not have to go to the office in the morning- directly to the site, need to bring workers to site.
