• Coordinate with tender department and HQ in scope of work and project executions and responding to requests, clarifications, and resolving any issues promptly and diligently.
• Coordinate with tender team to manage proposal response process, including detailed tender/ bid requirements.
• Initiate customer visits and processing of various sales proposal, quotations and contracts.
• Manage relationship with existing and potential clients to develop new opportunities and advance organisation’s business interests.
• Business development experience in the contract market with high-end architects, Consultants and end-user clients.
• Take charge of client acquisition and create new business opportunities to maintain the company’s relevance and competitive edge.
• Conduct the necessary market analysis to identify potential working partners for targeted projects.
• Communicate with the potential clients, consulting firms etc. to collect the information of targeted projects.
• To perform market research and identify prospective local projects leads.
• Resourceful and possess good market intelligence on potential upcoming projects.
• Conversant with local authorities’ requirements and engineering standards.
• Good working knowledge of general construction

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Structure / M&E / Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction industry and having knowledge of the construction business and marketplace in Singapore.
• Team player.

• Able to update and ensure company introduction and other marketing materials are up to date and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.
• Able to identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities and generate monthly reports for management.
• Build and maintain relations with Client, Architect, Consultants, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional presentations to clients.
• Manage and build positive relationships with existing clients.
• Increase the clientele base by proactively sourcing, arranging meetings and developing new relationships.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to build good relationships with clients and working partners.

• Handle and prepare tender submission for M&E works.
• Responsible for interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document.
• Prepare tender clarifications, investigation of clarification response by communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the presentation slide, technical write up for tender interview and attendance of tender interview.
• Suggest Value Engineering solution for MEP works and any other business, if required in the tender.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 7 years in tender preparation and site management experience in Building Construction Projects.
• Good knowledge in M&E works, planning capability and authorities’ compliance.
