Responsibilities

• · Leading Process Design Team for Oil & Gas Projects and guide a team of about 10 Process Design Engineers / Designers to finish the Process design (start from Basic design to Detail Design) of the project.
• · Leading a Team of Process Engineers & Designers in Preparation & Review of PFD, P&IDs, MSD, PSD, Hydraulic calculations, Equipment sizing calculations, BOG calculations, Heat Loss calculations, Tank Venting calculations, Tank capacity calculations, Heating coil calculations, PSV calculations, Process data sheets for Equipment’s such as pumps, compressors, Refrigeration unit, Tanks, Process data sheets for Instruments such as control valves, PSV, PT, TT, LT, Flow meter, Process line list, Heat & Material Balance, HAZOP & SIL Study, Operation Manual, Process control Narrative, Cause & Effect Diagram, Surge Analysis.
• · Review & Checking of Process Documents such as PFD, MSD, P&IDs, Hydraulic Calculations, Process Data Sheets, Surge Analysis, Design Calculations etc to ensure that all the Process documents comply to applicable Codes & Standards and Project Requirements
• · Review & Checking of Surge Analysis report using Pipenet Transient Module for product loading/unloading operation, fire water network systems etc.
• · Review & checking of various process philosophies like Process Control Philosophy, Operation Philosophy, Cause and Effect diagram, Flare and blowdown philosophy, isolation philosophy, Vent & Drain philosophy, shutdown philosophy.
• · Participation in Design Review, HAZOP Study, SIL Study, HAZID Study, ALARP, Bow Tie, MAHM, RAM Study, Alarm Rationalization workshop, SIMOPS, Constructability review carried out during various stages of project.
• · Review Hazop Report, SIL Assessment & Verification Report & Responsible for Closure of all Hazop & SIL Study Recommendation
• · Preparation & Implementation of checklist for all Process Documents
• · Management of Process Discipline Engineers Team for development of Process Design of Major Projects from feasibility studies through Conceptual Design to Detail Engineering.
• · Pre-Bid, FEED & Detailed Design documents review.
• · Maintain Design integrity and quality within the Process Engineering Team.
• · In-house Engineering Activities and Process Engineering Man Hours Estimation and Schedule.
• · Preparation, Monitoring and Control of Process Engineering Document Control List and expedite for delay/ approvals/resolution of open issues.
• · Responsible for Process Engineering Execution Methods and Procedure, Process Engineering Disciplines Co-ordination, Process Engineering Deliverables delivery for Project Execution, Process Man-hours Monitoring, Attending design review Meetings with Clients and Package vendors, PSSR+HAZOP+SIL study.
• · Inter Discipline Review of other Discipline Documents including vendor documents, GA drawings, Instrument data sheets etc for consistency, quality and Design Integrity.
• · Review of Authority submission documents like Fire Fighting Calculations (Fire & Foam network hydraulic and Surge Analysis, Fire Fighting Design Philosophy).
• · Development & Review of automated excel spreadsheets for process calculations.
• · Preparation, Monitoring and Control of Engineering Document Control List and expedite for delay/ approvals/resolution of open issues.
• · Review and ensure that all Process works are carried out in accordance with project specification. Maintain Design integrity and quality within the Process Engineering Team.
• · Preparing Process Engineering schedule and Process Engineering Man hours estimation to meet project requirements.
• · Co-ordinate with other Discipline for Process Inputs and ensure seamless Inter Discipline co-ordination between Process and other Discipline.
• · Job assignments, Mentoring and Supervision of works for Process Designers and Design Engineers.
• · Technical assistance to construction activities and attending to Site Queries.
• · Reviewing Vendor Drawings for Equipment’s and Instruments in terms of Process.
• · FEED & Pre-Bid works which involves Feasibility study.
• · Participates in discipline and inter-discipline design check and screening meetings for compatibility, completeness, and correctness in works.
• · Implement HSE objectives, policy, and company HSE procedures within his authority limit.
• · To integrate Risk-based thinking and HSE considerations into business decisions, plans and operations with the commitment to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.
• · To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
• · To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects, and risks.

Requirements

• · Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• · Preferably to 15 years in Oil & Gas industry

Software Requirements

• · Proficient in Pipenet, Hysis, MS Excel, MS Word

Code Knowledge

• · API 2000, API 520, API 521, API 526, API 2350

Responsibilities:

• Make orders for construction materials and other items as requested.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance to PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.
• Call for quotations and source for new supplies if need and recommendation of award.
• Work closely with site team for material purchases.
• Process and generate PO/RO

  Requirements:
• GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.
• Prior experience in working in construction industry is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• To repair bins, fabricate bins, welding of the bins and support on all mechanical equipment, pumps, conveyors, gearbox and etc in plant as per schedule and upon breakdown
• To do in house welding, fabrication and plumbing works as per requirements by operation
• Attend any mechanical breakdown immediately and to run back the plant
• Installation, modification and fabrication of new equipment & machines in plant needed by operation
• To minimize equipment break down and down time, by doing proper and effective maintenance & repairs by problem identification & problem solving
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Advising the project team on contractual rights and arbitration procedures when dispute arises.
• Ensure meticulous assessment of costs / schedule of all projects activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2-years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
• Good with figures and an eye for details.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledgeable about construction materials and procurement methods.
• AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Good knowledge in Building Construction Works, Singapore Contracts Law and regulations will be an added advantage.
