• At least 2 years of civil experience and 5 years of working experience in quantity surveying and bid/estimation process of building construction
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Duties & Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Utilizing tools and templates for bid analysis and cost management
• Enaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyor contracts
• Identify Value Engineering opportunities in the design and quatify the savings
• Updating repository for historical data
• Other quantity surveying related duties

• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.
• Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
• Review specifications and ensure materials ordered meet proper quality standard and comply to contract specifications.
• Manage and track Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order on the internal system to make sure the procurement projects are delivered on time.
• Maintain and update list of approved suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed on the latest progress/status of delivery within expected timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1. Manage appointments schedule: Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments location & time and prepare meeting links if necessary
• 2. Take minutes of meetings
• 3. Record and track expenses, generate pivotable and charts for visualisation purposes
• 4. Source, order, pack and ship gifts for clients’s birthdays and during festive seasons
• 5. Prepare and handle confidential and sensitive documents
• 6. Designing of content (cards, slides, infographics) occasionally
• 7. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
