Job Description:

• Responsible for the cost and budget monitoring.
• Assist with work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
• Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project
• Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
• Involve with QS team to complete the subletting and suppliers selection.
• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
• ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project.
• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
• Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
• Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
• Complete task as assigned by Project Director
• Handling technical issues in projects with Technical Manager if necessary

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must specialized in various building/facility project experience.
• Candidate should be also well-experienced and participate in project tender section.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Generate detailed and accurate technical drawings based on project specifications.

2. Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure drawings meet quality standards and project requirements.

3. Revise and update drawings as necessary, incorporating feedback and changes.

4. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all drawings.

5. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.

6. Able to read plans accordingly and translate sketches to construction drawings. Able to generate shopdrawings for RFA submission to consultant and clients.

7. AutoCad Drafting Tasks

8. Familiar with P&S, M&E COP, SS codes. To be able to make corrections to drawings, highlight discrepancies to client and consultant.

9. Able to take off quantity from tender drawings.

10. Assist PM and PD in tender work.

11. Familiar with BCA, and other relevant SOR, Quantity Surveying work.

12. Able to work under rushed timeline especially for tender.

13. Familiar with Builders work and scope to ensure accuracy of Quantity Surveying work in relation to plumbing and sanitary.

Requirements

· Possess a Diploma/ Degree (or equivalent) in Civil/ Building/ Eletronics from a recognized Institution

· Min 2 Years of Experience or similar duties with fair knowledge of Construction Details and Process.

· Able to communicate efficiently in English

· Possess fair knowledge for Microsoft Words , Excel and Autocad

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple parties not limited to design consultants/engineers, other departments, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies, etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission and engineering works.
• Monitor progress, and quality of workmanship and ensure that it complies with authority requirements.
• Highlight any discrepancies and advise the staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works.
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants/engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission.
• Attend technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Preferably with a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity and above or equivalent.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.

• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality
• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
• Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting
• Lead project quantity surveyors in subcontractors management, review of quotations and scope of works for quality, safety and engineering technicalities
• Lead a team of professional and technical site staff in planning and execution of day to day operations
• Provide support for cost management and cost control of project.
• Subcontractors management for work schedules, payments and deliverables.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Health or Safety related discipline
• Possess a valid WSHO, ECO registration license
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience working as WSHO
• Minimum 10 years working experience in civil projects
• Knowledge of local regulation, code of practices especially related to EHS
• Strong problem solving, organisational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficent in Microsoft Office

• Responsible for the safety performance of their team at all times. • To enforce all safe systems of work. ensure the workers follow them to the letter in their work. • Conduct safety meetings at least once every month and report that to the management. • Audits unsafe acts and reports the outcome to the management head. • Make reports on any job yet to be in the safe systems of work. update them immediately into the Safe system of work. • Conduct safety Training and other necessary training as fit by the management.
