Material Ording and budget tracking on quantities for main materials (e.g. rebars, tiles).
Measurement, payment response, and evaluation of VO for the subcontractor.
Measurement and VO submission to Client / Consultants.
Ensure meticulous assessment of costs for all VO works.
Advising project team on contractual rights.
Source for suppliers/subcontractor and generate quotation reports.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
Knowledge in PSSCOC and SIA.
Good team player.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
