· Grow and develop the in-house technical expertise

· To coach and train the team so that they are familiarized and knowledgeable of the requirements

· Ensure all projects and maintenance works are carried out according to the schedule planned

· To take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues

· Supervise and manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smooth operation of the buildings

· Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner

· Promote good relations with our staff, contractors and management

· Prepare quotation for service as required

· Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Requirements

· Minimum 0 years of experience in related functions

· Has good knowledge of operations support

· Good communication skills (written and oral)

· Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share

· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel

· Agile, innovative, meticulous, self-driven with a keen eye for details

· Team player, hands-on and with a positive attitude

· Strong interpersonal skills, and able to manage and work with various stakeholders

· Able to multitask and perform under pressure to deliver
