02. To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers.

05. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

06. Checking and ensuring all plans and works are accomplish as per specifications/contract.

07. To ensure proper handover of projects to client.

• Risk Management: Directors must identify and manage risks to the business, including financial, legal, and operational risks.
• Reporting: Directors are accountable for reporting to shareholders and other stakeholders, keeping them informed about the company’s performance.

• Responsible to oversee the day-to-day planning, management, operations and safety of facilities management works and service with adequate administrative staff.
• Responsible to carry out systems' heath and obsolescence monitoring, obsolescence management, crisis management, fire safety management, investigation and carry out rooy cause analysis of the incident, not limited to accident, power outage, and systems failure.
• Shall be full-time on-site

• Primarily skillset in Accounting (AR/ AP).
• Administrative function such as data entry, typing, faxing, filling, attending to telephone calls, managing email account & etc.
• Experienced working in FM or Built Environment Industry.
