Job Responsibilites

· Manage the overall delivery of the project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.

· Assign resources to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly and long-term project goals.

· Manage the specialist functions of design, engineering, procurement and construction, manage the interaction of various disciplines and multiple work streams.

· Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates and take effective remedial action as required.

· Financial Management: Ensure strong contract, commercial and financial risk management, accurate forecasting of both costs and revenue, take corrective action in line with authority and reporting frameworks and maximise the profit margin for the project.

· Demonstrate leadership in risk management, compliance and auditing and ensure legislative, pre-contract and commercial obligations are met, including compliance with the relevant Building Code.

· Stakeholder management: Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community and other external parties are developed and maintained.

· People management: Monitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure the project has the capability to achieve targets, supervise workforce, including subcontractors and foster a high performance team with a positive employee relations environment.

· Contribute to new business, continuous improvement and broader business activities

· Coordinate with headquarter and site team to obtain enough resources for the projects

· Organize a proper project management team & plan to carry out the construction works

· Perform all duties in accordance with company’s polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.

Job Requirement:

· Holds a Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.

· Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in construction industry.

· At least twelve (12) years of experience in managing big scale Bridge and Marine related projects will be prefered.

· Possess effective time-management skills to meet deadlines and planned deliverables.

* In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings

* Carry out work scheduling, material requisition, planning, project supervision and documentation

* Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

* Ensure timely completion and good quality of works

* Ensure safety regulations are complied with

Requirements

* Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent

* 5 to 10 years' of main con site management experience

1. To liaise with building Main Con on Archtecture works and details for projec coordination

2. To liaise with sub con on project details and installation issued

3. To work on project schedule and minor change on the details if needed minor changes on the details drawings.

4. To liaise with builder Safety officer for the safety issued.

5. To liaise with office for Miscellaneous site issued.

Responsibilities

• Produce all required 2D and detailed drawings for submission, approval and endorsement to authority and/or clients.

• Produce quality rendered 3D colour perspectives using AutoCad / Sketch-Up.

• Familiar with PUB drawings will be an advantage.

• Familiar with all the submissions to authority for building construction projects.

• Responsible to match drawings and measurements to actual installation at the project site.

• To attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements (if necessary).

• Communicate effectively and work closely with consultants, sub-contractors and project team members.

• Involved in coordination and preparation of specifications to liaise with project managers, engineers and other relevant stakeholders for drawings and submission approval.

• Good communication and design skillset to liaise with clients on their needs and requirements.

Requirements And Skills

• Proven work experience as a Designer, Draftsman or similar role

• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Excel

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently with responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Handle partial to full-sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system.

· AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.

· AR duties include monitoring aging report, sending Statement of Accounts, following-up on outstanding debts and recording incoming payment.

· Handle funding claims and audit support.

· Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book.

· GST filings preparation.

· Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and processes for accounting & finance functions.

· Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting related matters.

· Cross-functional support on adhoc reports and / or accounting matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

· 3-5 Years of Experience.

· Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with construction accounts management is plus

· 5 days work week
