Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or a Degree in Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience: Candidates with knowledge of structural and architectural trades are preferred.

• Lead and manage project supervisors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Primary Objective

Ability to sources for all the cost estimated for the construction projects and prepares quotations and tenders for projects.

Providing support in the procurement administration of the project and manage project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payment and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation.

Manages a small team of junior Quantity Surveyors.

Equipped with professionalism, to provide support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and ensure that the Company’s objectives are achieved.
