Job Requirements:
• Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management from a recognized institution
• At least 5 years of working experience in construction/project management which includes structural and architectural works
• Proficiency in MS Project, Autocad, Excel, Powerpoint
• Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in managing with all levels of managements
• Good in contract administration and management
• Well-versed with BCA and other relevant authorities’ regulations
• Possess strong leadership quality, good organizing skills, independent, responsible, analytical, and initiative
Job Description:
• Planning and follow up action with reference to the master schedule, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Develop, compile and deliver site progress reports
• Conducting sites Inspection and reviews at site on safety compliance and regulations
• Ensuring project are successfully completed within budget, on time and in accordance with the contract requirements.
• To ensure projects meet customer’s quality standards
