Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full sets of accounts and accordance to authorities standards and company’s requirements
• Perform financial budgeting , forcasting and planning
• Evaluate operation cost to financial budgeting
• Review financial reports monthly & annually
• Oversee key stakeholder’s accounts including costs control, governance and risks
• Other financial functions which includes taxation

Job description:

Accounts Receivable

• Handling of phone calls and email queries.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mails as well as arranging couriers.
• Perform accounts receivables duties including issue invoice and debit/credit note.
• Liaise with Operations team on obtaining and ensuring completeness of supporting documents for billing purposes.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Chasing of debts from debtors.
• Closely monitor outstanding debtors’ account via regular phone calls, frequent communications with Operation team to cover long overdue debts.
• Assist in preparing reminder letters and other legal proceedings for debt recovery
• Ensure all receipt and transaction entry accurately recorded into company accounting system.
• Assist in month-end closing.

Accounts Payable

• Handle basic accounting duties
• Data entry and filing of documents.

• Handle general enquiries and administrative works.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ working experience in related field (Preferably Construction Industry)
• Minimum Qualification of Diploma in Accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Autocount accounting software

Job Descriptions:

• Handle and maintain AP & GL of the account.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Must have more than 20 years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering works
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills and strong analytical skills in bilingual
• Equipped with leadership skills in which able to lead the engineers in completing the jobs.
• Able to work 6 days per week at the Site office.
• Experienced in the construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m high, with deep basement structures.
