RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Administrative responsibility for overseeing all SA property assets within Territory.
2. Liaise with other heads of departments at Territorial and Regional level to ensure SA mission and ministry are adequately served by suitable property facilities.

9. Ensure SA furniture, fixtures and equipment are adequately accounted for through the maintenance of an asset register.
10. Maintain a thorough knowledge of market trends relative to property and rental values.

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate or any related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar capacity and leading regional teams.

Responsibilities:

· To be involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, Structure works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing and commissioning

Duties:

• Meet potential clients with Business Development Managers to enquire and understand clients' needs
