Roles & Responsibilities

1.Generate detailed and accurate technical drawings based on project specifications.

2. Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure drawings meet quality standards and project requirements.

3. Revise and update drawings as necessary, incorporating feedback and changes.

4. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all drawings.

5. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.

6. Able to read plans accordingly and translate sketches to construction drawings. Able to generate shopdrawings for RFA submission to consultant and clients.

7. AutoCad Drafting Tasks

8. Familiar with P&S, M&E COP, SS codes. To be able to make corrections to drawings, highlight discrepancies to client and consultant.

9. Able to take off quantity from tender drawings.

10. Assist PM and PD in tender work.

11. Familiar with BCA, and other relevant SOR, Quantity Surveying work.

12. Able to work under rushed timeline especially for tender.

13. Familiar with Builders work and scope to ensure accuracy of Quantity Surveying work in relation to plumbing and sanitary.

Requirements

· Possess a Diploma/ Degree (or equivalent) in Civil/ Building/ Eletronics from a recognized Institution

· Min 2 Years of Experience or similar duties with fair knowledge of Construction Details and Process.

· Able to communicate efficiently in English

· Possess fair knowledge for Microsoft Words , Excel and Autocad

• Reports to the top management
• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality
• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
• Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting
• Lead project quantity surveyors in subcontractors management, review of quotations and scope of works for quality, safety and engineering technicalities
• Lead a team of professional and technical site staff in planning and execution of day to day operations
• Provide support for cost management and cost control of project.
• Subcontractors management for work schedules, payments and deliverables.
