Your job will consist of:

• Researching on areas for the business to expand into, and proposing ways to do so;
• Conducting and publishing market/industry research on the company website;
• Assisting with the drafting of proposals for clients, including the business development aspects;
• Designing of graphics where necessary for different purposes;
• Preparation of a content calendar and other relevant marketing/advertising work.
• Ad hoc work including, but not limited to company calendar management.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
• Prepare contract documents according to the regulations.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved.
• Access payment and variation work to subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Communicate with the management, and sub-contractors and keep track of the progression of the sub-contract.
• Assist in day-to-day accounting and administrative functions on site.
• Performing data entry tasks by using the company's internal system.
• Doing payment form for finance to make payment.
• Issuance of Purchase Order and ensure orders are quality & quantity within expectation.
• Data entry and reconciliation.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Entry-level or with 1-3 years (s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Corporate Quality and Safety Department through the Head Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.
• Monitor and support the company's EHS program and policies, ensuring effective execution of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems and certification.
• Conduct EHS surveys and inspections, recommending corrective actions and advising on safety programs to improve EHS performance.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes, track and update EHS KPI performance of the Business Unit, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Manage and liaise with authorities on safety and environmental-related matters, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the EHS function and overall safety performance.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate who is a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer / FSM is preferred
• ECO Cert is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

General Administrative Duties

· Carry out daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Data Management

· Accurately input and update information in company databases and filing systems.

· Organize, store, and retrieve documents systematically to ensure easy access for the team.

· Maintain data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating records.

Administrative Support to Teams

· Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

· Handle mail administration, including sorting, distributing incoming mail, and managing outgoing correspondence.

· Provide support for data entry and information compilation as requested by team members.

Ad-hoc Duties

· Perform additional tasks and support projects assigned by management to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; a diploma in administration or related field is an advantage.

· Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems.

· Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective team support.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain an orderly and efficient workspace.

· Work Environment: office-based role, working 5 days a week.
