21. Work closely with the design team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project's cost and quality goals are met.
22. Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any financial matters.
23. Prepare the final account for the M&E section of the project, ensuring all costs are properly documented and accounted for.
24. Negotiate and finalize the financial settlement with the client and contractors once the project is completed.

Our client is a leading Sydney-based engineering consultancy specializing in the wind and environmental effects of large-scale developments.

• Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, travel, and reports.
• Coordinate business proposals and support business development efforts (market visits, client meetings).
• Supervise office operations to ensure a tidy and efficient work environment.
• Organize internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials.
• Ensure the secure storage and easy retrieval of confidential records, files, and documents.
• Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and teams to facilitate effective communication.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as an EA in construction or consultancy industry.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of projects assigned.
• Proficient in the understanding of MEP/ construction drawings.
• Supervising/ monitoring of sub-contractors work and ensuring safety practices are followed.
• Discuss with PM/HOD for site problems and technical difficulties.
• Liaise with affiliated parties for smooth execution of work on site.
• Material tracking to ensure sufficient materials are readily available for installation.
• To carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment deployed to work site.
• Conduct quality checks of sub-contractor/ vendor works daily.
• Handle site inspection with client/main contractors representatives and updates site installation progress.
• To update drafter on site changes and as-built drawings.
• Arrange and obtain for permit to work before execution of site.
• To ensure all project documentation are properly kept and filed.
• Attend daily toolbox and WSH meeting.
• Carried out assignments as detailed by PM/ HOD.

Requirements

• Preferably NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar capacity under building/ construction/ engineering industry.
• Electrical background preferred.
• Candidate with BCSS (WSQ Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry) is a plus.
