• Liaising and coordinating with all parties such as clients, consultants, consultants’ representatives, site supervisors, sub-contractors; to ensure smooth, timely and successful completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, safety meetings, etc.
• Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Civil) and is familiar with the British, American Design Standards, and Eurocodes.
• Must possess good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Have excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Good team player and customer-focused, able to work with all levels on site.
• Able to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Only candidates with degrees recognised by the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore need to apply.

Working with high and low voltage equipment; and managing power generation, transmission and distribution

Developing electrical equipment and power distribution equipment specifications, as well as preparing electrical load calculations for single and three phase loads

Utilizing experience with power system analysis tool to prepare electrical single line drawings, schematics and detail drawings as required

Managing and maintaining building services, such as lighting, heating, ventilation and lift systems; and working with renewal energy sources

Overseeing maintenance, testing and repair of company-owned electrical equipment; and reporting issues on time to the managing authorities

Drawing up project plans, making models, prototypes and circuit diagrams for high and low voltage electrical equipment; and carrying out feasibility studies for new technical developments.

Good MS Word and Excel proficiency, as well as good verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal and leadership skills; and ability to work well alone and in a team.

Main Duties:

• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handing of technical and engineering problems
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely
• Other ad-hoc assigned by the Company

Responsibilities:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Recognised Certificate in the relevant field subject.
• Min. 2-5yrs experience in the construction site.
