• Generally covering the scope of a Quantity Surveyor from Pre to Post contract Works (e.g. Tendering to final account).

• Senior FSM is responsible for ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and maintaining all fire safety systems. This includes overseeing the implementation of the building's emergency response plan, conducting regular inspections and fire drills, and ensuring fire safety certification requirement are met.
• Conduct routine inspections of all fire safety systems and equipment.
• Identify and rectify any fire safety deficiencies to maintain compliance with regulations and ensure optimal performance of fire protection systems.
• Organise and conduct regular fire drills to ensure building occupants, including users and tenants, are familiar with evacuation procedures and prepared for emergencies.
• Review and update the building's emergency response plan as necessary to reflect changes in regulations, building layout, or new equipment.
• Prepare and submit annual fire safety report to Authority for the renewal of building's fire certificate.
• Ensure that all fire safety measure meet the criteria for certification and are compliant with Singapore fire safety code and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities on fire-related matters, including any incidents, compliance issues, and equipment maintenance updates.
• Complete any other assignments related to fire safety that may be directed by supervisor/snr management.

Job Requirements:

11. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
12. Maintain records of incidents and safety inspections for compliance purposes.
13. Monitor the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure that employees are trained to use it properly.
14. Ensure safety equipment, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and other emergency tools are properly maintained and accessible.
15. Assist corporate HSE manager on EHS implementation.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
2. Certificate in Safety Coordinator / Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health.
3. Minimum two (2) years' of relevant safety experience.
4. Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health Act.
5. Knowledge of RC work activities and PTW system.
6. Knowledge in preparing EHS report.
7. Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform boundary, topographic, construction, and as-built surveys for various construction projects (roads, buildings, utilities, etc.).
• Determine and record land features, distances, and elevations on construction sites, ensuring all data is accurately collected and documented.
• Operate advanced surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS (Global Positioning Systems), levels, and laser scanners to collect field data.
• Review and analyze survey data for consistency and accuracy; create detailed survey reports, drawings, and maps based on the information gathered.
• Assist in the creation of detailed site plans and construction drawings, ensuring all measurements align with the project specifications.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate survey information for project planning and execution.
• Ensure that construction is progressing according to plan by regularly measuring and confirming on-site layout, elevations, and alignment.
• Make sure that all survey work complies with relevant local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ensure all surveying equipment is well-maintained, calibrated, and ready for fieldwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficient with survey equipment (Total Stations, GPS, levels, and laser scanning devices).
• Skilled in AutoCAD, GIS software, or other surveying software for data analysis and drawing generation.
• Knowledge of surveying principles, standards, and best practices within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with local land use regulations, zoning laws, and construction codes.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification preferred or working toward certification.
• Strong proficiency in mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry for calculating land measurements and elevations.
• Ability to identify discrepancies or errors in data and work to resolve them.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and document survey findings.
• Experience with drone surveying, 3D laser scanning, and modern technologies in land surveying.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software for creating detailed designs.
• Experience with construction site layout and monitoring construction processes.
• Ability to work in remote or challenging environments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent

• Responsible to oversee the day-to-day planning, management, operations and safety of facilities management works and service with adequate administrative staff.
• Responsible to carry out systems' heath and obsolescence monitoring, obsolescence management, crisis management, fire safety management, investigation and carry out rooy cause analysis of the incident, not limited to accident, power outage, and systems failure.

• Manage day-to-day technical operations, including attending daily toolbox meetings, compliance with WSHA.
• Respond to emergency fault calls during office hours/standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster and ensure timely rectification of issues.
• Liase with users and authority to prepare and submit detailed work proposals for job requests.
• Prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for maintenance works.
• Responsible for inventory record, drawings, documentations and defect liability period registers.
• Compile and maintain service reports, licenses/certificates on site.
• Prepare and submit certificate of completion for maintenance works and services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
• Supervise and follow up with sub-contractors to carry out corrective maintenance/adhoc works and to rectify defects reported by quality control/auality, assurance, auditor/users.
• Check and certify works done by sub-contractors.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
