What you will be doing:

• Lease Management: Oversee leasing activities, including the preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, and collaborate with solicitors on lease documentation.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare annual budget forecasts and generate monthly management reports to track performance and support strategic decision-making.

What we’re looking for someone who’s:

• CEA Qualified: Meets the requirements to be registered as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
• Holder a Diploma in Real Estate or a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing or higher qualification.
• Skilled in Negotiation & Marketing: Demonstrates proficiency in lease negotiations and marketing strategies for retail properties.

As Sales Manager within the Construction, Transport and Industrial (CT&I) Sales team, you will be responsible for driving incremental new business to DLL by both Relationship Management and Business Development activity, across a mix of DLL’s global and local Construction, Transport and Industrial vendor/dealer partnerships, and direct customers, in Singapore.
