Straits Retail Property Management Services currently manages the following shopping malls in its portfolio: Paragon, The Clementi Mall and The Woodleigh Mall. The Group Marketing Communications team is comprised of 3 teams: 2 mall loyalty programme teams and the Partnerships and International Marketing team. All of whom work closely with the individual shopping mall marketing team counterparts and other stakeholders, to jointly achieve business and marketing objectives.

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager to work on the Partnerships and International Marketing portfolio. The candidate will work directly and extensively with both internal and external stakeholders, to drive partnerships and international marketing initiatives, and ultimately acquire loyalty programme members and encourage shopper footfall and spend. The candidate should be able to think and respond on the fly in accordance with market shifts.

Responsibilities

• To develop a pipeline of partnership opportunities and corresponding frameworks and collaboration formats across a variety of prospective industries, including but not limited to: banks/financial institutions, hospitality, lifestyle, payment gateways
• To be well-versed with key target tourist markets and proactively conceptualize corresponding collaborative campaigns to drive the international marketing strategy
• To translate annual partner/international marketing strategies and plans into content schemes, themed initiatives and actionable campaigns to encourage footfall and spend

Job Qualifications

Architectural Drafter

(Building Construction/Project)

Responsibilities :

• Liaise with builders and contractors to create and update plans, drawings for building projects.
• Work closely with architects, engineers and construction teams to integrate design elements and ensure coordination across disciplines.
• Responsible to create detailed and technical drawings based on sketches and instructions provided by the site/design team
• Develop comprehensive construction drawings, adhering to local building codes and regulations.
• Gather product and structural requirements, calculating dimensions and material specifications, and creating detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings and detailed specifications.
• Monitor the construction process to ensure works aligns with the approved drawings and specifications.
• Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture/Drafting/Engineering Design or other related disciplines
• A firm foundation in drawing creation – BIM, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad software / computer-aided design (CAD) and general computer skills.
• Previous experience in a specific industry, such as architectural, mechanical, or structural design, will require to be considered for the position.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building/construction trade in Singapore will be added advantage.

A). Safety Coordinator Role

1. Must have at least 5 years Pharmaceutical & clean room working environment experience

2. Must have driving licence (Class 3) with experiences

3. Develop, implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety Programs, Procedures & Safety Management System

3. Prepare and Submit Method Statement & Risk Assessment (MSRA) for routine activities to get approval from Clients including Lifting plans.

4. Prepare and conduct daily Toolbox meeting, weekly/monthly safety meetings and record all the minutes of meetings.

5. Conduct In-house safety training to the employees & organize safety campaign to promote the safety, health & environmental awareness for all employees

6. Arrange daily work for safety workers and supervise a team of safety workers for safety provision

7. Arrange for employees to undergo necessary safety-related training as well as medical checks to comply with all statutory requirements on occupational safety and health.

8. Manage of day-to-day smooth operations for safety matters

9. Assist & evaluate in auditing of safety management system

10. Conduct Site Inspections. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk, unsafe conditions or unsafe work practices carried out at the workplace.
