Specific Job Requirements

· Lead a Property Management Team in HQ, managing multiple projects.

· Responsible to the Sub-Division Head for the business results of the team.

· Undertake continued development of the team in accordance with the approved business success plan.

· Source business for the company/division generally by client contact, networking with other departments, and general promotion of XC services.

· Undertake training and development of the people within the Team and promote an ongoing career path.

· Provide leadership, managerial direction and personal encouragement to all employees within the Team, including guidance on all property management procedures.

· Liaise with existing building owners on property management performance, including the use of tenant and client surveys.

Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

· Certification: Relevant certifications from institutions like SISV, BCA, or equivalent.

· Experience: Experience in property management, particularly in strata-living contexts. Minimum six (6) – eight (8) years of experience with demonstrable success in a leadership role.

Computer Literacy: Proficiency in property management software and office productivity tools.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in bidding & post tenders
• Review /revise legal documents; correspondences; commercial agreements
• Suppor project teams in administering sub-contracts including progress payments, variation orders and contractual matters
• To evaluate and analyze sub-contractors’ pricings and award of sub contracts
• To prepare specification and sub contract documents with project team
• Manage delayed and disputed costs and variation claims

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or equivalent
• Well-versed in construction contract terminology and contract law
• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience with 6 years in contract and commercial management.
• Experience in project with contract value in excess of $40 million.

• Supervise the overall coordination of the business and establish a distribution network for Volvo CE products in Market Asia East

Function / Department: Market Asia East (Philippines / Japan / Taiwan / Malaysia / Singapore / Brunei)

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

• Take charge of P/L for Asia East Markets
• Manage and develop all the business activities in Asia East
• Take initiatives to introduce Volvo CE product range in Asia East
• Drive to formulate the strategic plan, business strategies and budget for Asia East
• Expand and develop the network of current dealers to reach an acceptable coverage of the Asia East
• Develop aftermarket & soft products network (service & parts supply) in close co-ordination with the Aftermarket & Soft Products team for Asia East
• Establish national and sales offices and regional branches – recruiting, training and managing the personnel
