Job Scope:

BIM Manager

• Establish BIM standards, protocols, and workflows tailored to project needs, ensuring compliance with LTA requirements and best practices.
• Create and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), outlining BIM goals, processes, and responsibilities.
• Facilitate collaboration among disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to ensure integrated and coordinated design and construction models.
• Act as the primary BIM contact, engaging with all stakeholders, and resolving conflicts within BIM models to prevent construction issues.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of BIM models, conduct regular audits, provide technical support, and manage BIM software and tools.
• Monitor BIM implementation progress, generate reports, allocate resources, seek process improvements, and ensure BIM models support sustainable design and post-construction maintenance.

BIM Coordinator

• Manage and coordinate the production of quality BIM models and construction documents with minimal supervision.
• Deliver a fully coordinated federated model in agreed formats.
• Assist the BIM Manager in implementing and updating BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure BIM models have correct parameters and attributes for quantification and 4D simulation.
• Collaborate with the team and relevant departments to ensure drawings meet design requirements and coordinate with consultants, SWCs, and subcontractors.
• Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability, and as-built reviews, perform clash checks, and conduct quality control before releasing BIM models.

• Plan, coordinate, implement marketing strategies and events to promote and develop new business relationship
• All other ad-hoc matters assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder
• Relevant experience in Property advertising platforms will be advantageous
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

• Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping etc.
• Communicate with clients, banks and related parties relating to the conveyancing process.
• Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, billing, opening and closing files, managing and keeping deadlines.
• Ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions.
• Other secretarial duties assigned by lawyers, you may be called upon to assist the lawyers in other matters undertaken by the Firm such as probate matters.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year’s work experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department is preferred
• Experience in litigation work is an advantage
