Role Overview:
We are seeking a Deputy Department Manager - Construction Division to join our client’s team. This role involves providing critical support to the Construction Manager, coordinating engineering and construction teams, and ensuring the efficient execution of projects. Primary Role Description:
This full-time position entails serving as an Assistant Manager in the Construction Division. The role requires close collaboration with the Construction Manager, Engineering Manager, and various engineering teams to enhance the construction department's capabilities. Responsibilities include active involvement in administrative functions, such as workforce hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, overseas assignments, and organizational adjustments. Secondary Role Description:
This role is accountable for supervising all aspects of construction, including adherence to schedules, performance standards, and operational procedures.
