• Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
• Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site (Technical matters)
• Supervision of the siteworks on a day to day basis and issues relating to given project.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specification and work schedule
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
• To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers
• shift work and weekend duty is required
• hands on for site works such as formwork & rebar practically
• coaching and training for new workers
