About the role

As a Building Maintenance Technician at Knight Frank Strata Management business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings and estates. Reporting to the Site Head, you will perform a variety of technical tasks such as hands-on repairs, routine safety checks and preventive maintenance, to keep the facilities at optimal condition. Business Partnering and Contract Management

• Team member of Account Relationship Team with client

• Perform inspections and eliminate any identified fire hazard within the premises
• Monitor the maintenance of the fire safety systems in compliance with regulations
• Recommend tests for fire safety systems to ensure they are in good operating condition
