Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordination of work with clients/subcontractors to ensure on-time completion, attend site project meetings and produce daily work progress reports
• Planning, scheduling and supervision of execution of site works
• To prepare method of statements and risk assessment for all activities
• To review construction methods put forth by sub-contractors or foremen and then proposed to consultant for approval prior to construction.
• Ensure safety regulations at construction site are strictly followed
• Provide technical advice and supervision to site personnel to ensure that work on site is carried out according to specifications and requirements
