Primary Role

Site Civil Engineer to ensuring that construction projects are completed safety, on time, and within budget.

Responsible for advanced Planning, designing, integrating, installation, rigging and lifting equipment, including management of contractors and vendors

Key Activities

12. Solve technical issue such as drawing discrepancy, site condition changes, verify plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy, raise RFI when necessary;
13. Ensure accuracy of setting out, levelling and site surveying and all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
14. Support Project manager to liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
15. Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
16. Overseeing quality control and assist safety department to achieve health and safety target on site;
17. Preparing method statement, daily weekly and monthly report;
18. Ensuring all site inspection and record as per client/developer requirement
19. Ensuring all testing and quantity inspection are carried out as per contract requirement.
20. Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
21. Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date, properly filed, and accessible for reference and auditing purposes.
22. Monitor and control resource usage to prevent wastage and optimize efficiency.

Requirements

Min 2 years experiences in Civil, infrastructure projects

Bachelor degree in Civil engineering, PE board recognized

• Certified Autodesk Revit professional with Degree or Diploma or Training Certification in BIM or VDC
• Minimum 3 years BIM coordination experience in a design, engineering or construction firm of a large project. Experience in BIM coordinator on HDBBTO project is referred.

• Familiar with Singapore and ISO standards and guidelines.
