Responsibilities

1. Identify training needs and schedule training sessions.

2. Prepare training curriculum and learning materials

3. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and lectures.

4. Routine maintenance of training equipment to ensure they are functional.

5. Carry out review assessment of learners.

6. Provide training reports, including collation and analysis of training feedbacks.

7. Ensure and enforce safe distancing measures.

8. Perform other related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

1. 5 years post registration experience as registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower with at least 3 years of experience in heavy civil construction, and possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment(ACTA trained), or

2. 8 years post WSQ Advance Certificate in WSH with at least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, and possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTC Trained).

3. Self-motivated and is able to work independently with strong work ethics.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with good working attitude.

6. Have good experience in LTA Projects.

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times

Requirements:

• Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction with LTA Experience
• Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

Job Description

• Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural/Structural/M&E trades on site ;
• Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress ;
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications ;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Diploma or Relevant Trade Certificate ;
