The work scope for the above job title is as but not limited to the following:

1 The main task of the Driver is to drive the Company’s heavy vehicles to and from the different work sites as required by the work schedule. The heavy vehicles include lorry crane and tipper truck.

The Driver must drive the vehicles to the required work sites punctually.

The Driver must follow the schedule obtained from the Site/ Store Supervisors and Co-ordinator. The Driver must inform the parties involved if there are any clashes in schedule before proceeding.

2 Usage of Company vehicles

The Driver is to switch off the ignition completely and remove the key when the vehicle is parked and not in use. The Driver must not leave the vehicle in idle mode while waiting.

The Driver must understand that the Company’s vehicles and attached cash cards are solely to be for Company use. If the Driver uses the cash cards for personal use ie lunch parking fee, the Driver must reimburse the Company.

3 Safety

The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

The Driver must inform the Project Director immediately he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

The Driver should also understand if he incurs any traffic offences due to his own negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

4 Servicing and Maintenance

The Driver is to inform the Company if any of the vehicles are unsafe to operate and require repairs. The Driver must not operate the vehicles in such situation.

The Driver will drive the vehicle to the Company appointed workshop for servicing and maintenance. The Driver will also pick up the vehicle when servicing and maintenance is completed.

The Driver will drive the vehicles to Inspection Centres as required.

Requirements:

• Class 3 Singapore Driving licence.

• Willing and able to do a lot of night jobs or do night shift as well as day shift. Night shift could be for more than 3 months at a time depending on project.

• Saturday is full day and able to work on Sundays when required.

As a Building Construction Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance throughout the lifecycle of building construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with project managers, contractors, architects, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Analysis & Planning:
  Evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of building construction projects. Assist in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Consulting & Advisory:
  Provide expert advice on building materials, construction methods, sustainability practices, and cost-effective solutions.
• Compliance & Regulations:
  Ensure all construction activities adhere to local, state, and federal building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
• Risk Management:
  Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact project timelines or budgets.
• Coordination & Communication:
  Act as a liaison between clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management,Mechanical & Industrial or related field.
• Proven experience in building construction, project management, or consultancy minimum 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to Work Own Driving through multiple site location and communicate with clients.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification (e.g., PMP, LEED, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects for piling works and structural steelwork
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and attend site meetings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress daily.
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Obtain permits and licenses
• Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Construction Industry (Piling Works and/or Structural Steelwork)
• Understanding all facets of the construction process
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Possess Singapore Class 3 Licence

• Organising and managing project teams, including hiring contractors as needed to complete specific tasks
• Ensuring that all costs are withi budget and working with team members to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Communicating with clients throughout the project to ensure they are satisfied with progress and updates
• Developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that tasks are completed on time
• Evaluating project risks and making recommendations for mitigration of identified risks
• Managing the day-to-day operations of projects to ensure theya re completed on time and within budget
• Communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and othe rparties involved in the project
• Ensuring that all project documentation is completed according to copany standards and laws

• Experience and skilled carpentry on residential and commercial projects
• Able to read and understand detailed drawings
• Able to independently fabricate and install carpentry works on and off job sites
• Able to use tools, machines,electric saw
• Able to work on night/weekend/holiday for commercial projects
• Able to follow safety rules and regulations
• Able to keep and maintain clean and hygiene on and off job sites
