Job Description:

• Managing parts of construction projects
• Overseeing building work
• Undertaking surveys
• Setting out sites
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Supervising staff

• Liaising with Clients, Subcontractors and other Professional Staff, especially Quantity Surveyors and the overall Project Manager

· Supervises and coordinates activities of tunnel construction crew engaged in sinking shafts, boring tunnels, placing tunnel segments, moving shield forward, and excavating in front of shield: Determines spacing, alignment, and depth of blast holes.

· Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned, and ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations

· Manage and supervise site workers for each shift.

· Ensure completion of work in accordance to main contractor program and requirements safely with no accidents and incidents.

· Troubleshooting and submit in-house report

· Must know how to do hands-on training to do erecting of segment, ring building etc.

· Able to do shift work (day and night shift)

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervision of temporary works and underground structure or tunnelling.

· Possess Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor and BCSS-T

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter to ensure the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.

What Will You Do

• To ensure the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• To collaborate and coordinate internally and externally with other discipline's design changes and model changes.
• To develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
• To coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software and tools.
• To attend coordination meetings with Project Consultants and coordinate with BIM Coordinators of other disciplines.
• To be responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build.
• To carry out proper procedures and preparations for drafting for the different stages of issue and authority submission of the project assigned.
• To prepare production of shop drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models if required.
• Responsible for document control of submissions (Technical data, shop drawings, as-built).
• To maintain records for changes and updates on drawings.
• To develop shop drawings according to the schedule.
• To produce Architectural Drawings, Draw/Amend/Update/using AutoCAD according to specs, coordinate with the project department

What Do We Want

• At least a Diploma or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Having strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Having good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations and proficiency with the latest Singapore BIM Guidelines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
• To study tender/construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Lead a team of supervisors / foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
• Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
• Preparation of progress reports, Method Statements and technical submissions
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board
• 3 years of Civil Engineering experience
• Organised, meticulous, with positive work attitude and sense of urgency
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
